CarVach Privacy Policy

Introduction

CarVach, Inc. (“CarVach,” “we,” “us,” “our”) has developed a connected car API platform designed for application developers (“Developers”) to create applications. These applications utilize standard APIs, enabling their clients or end users (“End Users”) to interact with vehicles produced by specific manufacturers (“OEMs”). This platform, along with our website at www.CarVach.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by us, are collectively referred to as the “Service”.

This Privacy Policy explains how CarVach manages personal information or personal data (“Personal Data”) and other information collected through our Service. It does not cover any third-party websites, products, or services, including applications provided by Developers (“Third Party Services”), even if they link to or from the Service or are enabled through the Service. CarVach does not control these Third Party Services, so please review their privacy practices and terms of service before sharing any information with them.

In this Privacy Policy, "You" may refer to a visitor to our Site, a Developer using our Service (“Customer”), or a Customer’s End User. If you are an End User, we collect and process your Personal Data (as described below) based on the instructions of our Customers. Our handling of End Users’ Personal Data on behalf of Customers is governed by our contract with the relevant Customer and the Customer’s privacy policies. If you are an End User and wish to understand how a Customer may use your Personal Data through our Service, you should contact the Customer directly or review their privacy policy.

Before using the Service or providing any Personal Data to CarVach, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at admin@carvach.com. By using or accessing the Service in any way, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, practices, and policies described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or use the Service.
